Ingredients:

Upiec biszkopt jasny z 5-6 jaj.

Masa:

1,5 - 2 l mleka

0,5 l śmietany ( w woreczku foliowym)

6 jaj

20 dag cukru pudru

30 dag masła (może być margaryna)

Ponadto:

2 galaretki

do wyboru:rodzynki, bakalie, czekolada

i owoce np.brzoskwinie z puszki, borówki

Prepare instructions:

Mleko zagotować,wlać śmietanę z rozmieszanymi jajkami.Ogrzewać razem jak ser , nie za mocno aż będzie lekko ścięte.

Odcedzić przez bardzo gęste sitko i wystudzić.Utrzeć masło z cukrem i dodawać po łyżce sera, ucierać.Można dodać troszkę olejku waniliowego.Do utartego sera dodać rodzynki lub coś wg. uznania.

Wyłożyć ser na biszkopt, na to brzoskwinie i zalać galaretką.

Ciasto jest przepyszne.Masa smakuje jak z ciasta z cukierni.

Najbardziej efektownie wygląda jeśli zrobimy je z borówkam.Można tak jak ja masę podzielić na pół i przełożyc nią biszkopt, a pozostałą dać na wierzch i na to owoce i galeretka.

Robiłam już takie podobne ciasto właśnie z tą masą i faktycznie jest bardzo dobra i lekka. A każdy kto jadł pytał jak sie robi taki sernik ? Polecam

Śmietana we woreczku to śmietana homogenizowana 18 %.Trzeba jej szukać w sklepach na półce obok zwykłego mleka we woreczku foliowym.Ta, której ja użyłam była już lekko kwaśna.

Witam :-) do tego sera oprócz rodzynek można także dodać migdały,polecam :-)
