Ingredients:

·        250 g białego sera
·        250 g mąki (ok. 1,5 szklanki)
·        250 g masła
·        2 jajka
·        cukier waniliowy
·        skórka otarta z pomarańczy lub cytryny
·        sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Mieszamy ze sobą mąkę, twaróg, masło i jaja. Twaróg może być zmielony. Wyrabiamy z tego ciasta jednolitą masę. Dzielimy ciasto na pół i do jednej połowy dodajemy wanilię i skórkę z cytrusów, a do drugiej sól i pieprz. Formujemy z każdej części kulę i wkładamy do lodówki. Po godzinie wałkujemy każde ciasto na grubość 5 mm i wycinamy foremkami lub radełkiem romby, kwadraty lub dowolne wzory. Pieczemy w temperaturze 200ºC przez 10 minut, aż ciastka się zarumienią. Ciastka z wanilią podamy do kawy, a z solą i pieprzem, jak nazwa wskazuje - do piwa. Z tego ciasta możemy również uformować precle.

Czy do tego przepisu nie trzeba proszku do pieczenia?
