Dorocik Witaj :) Zawinąć skrzydełka "po turecku" to prosta rzecz :) Po prostu trzeba "zawinąć" (zahaczyć) najcieńszą częśc skrzydełka za tą grubszą. Czyli zawinąć jedno pod drugie. U nas mówi się "po turecku" - może źle się wyraziłam. Przepraszam, ze nie używam fachowego języka. Jestem kucharką z pasji - nie fachowcem :) Mam nadzieję, że będzie smakowało. Dla równowagi plecam skrzydełka w sosie miodowo-czosnkowym -też bardzo proste. pozdrawiam Dorocik!
