Skubaniec z owocami

Ingredients:

2 szklanki mąki
3/4 szklanki cukru pudru
3/4 kostki margaryny
2 jajka + 2 żółtka
łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
jeden cukier waniliowy
około 1 kg owoców (jabłka, gruszki, śliwki, brzoskwinie itp.)
2 łyżki bułki tartej

wierzch:
2 białka
1/2 szklanki cukru

...bułka tarta i tłuszcz do blachy

Prepare instructions:

1.Mąkę wraz z proszkiem przesiać do miski. Dodać cukier puder, jajka+żółtka i margarynę. Ciasto zagniatać do otrzymania jednolitej konsystencji, zawinąć w folię i pozostawić w lodówce na godzinkę.

2.Podzielić ciasto na dwie części: 3/4 i 1/4. Większą część rozwałkować i wyłożyć na blachę. Owoce umyć, obrać i pokroić w kostkę. Dodać do nich bułkę tartą i cukier waniliowy, wymieszać i wyłożyć na ciasto.

Z pozostałego ciasta odrywać małe kawałki i rzucać na owoce.

Białka wraz z cukrem ubić na sztywną pianę i wyłożyć równomiernie na ciasto.

Wstawić do lekko nagrzanego piekarnika i piec około 40-50 minut.

Witaj! Właśnie zrobiłam to ciacho i siedzi ono w lodówce:) mam tylko obawy co do tego czy coś z niego będzie bo wyszło bardzo kleiste:/ i straaaasznie się ciągnie:/ robilam wszystko według przepisu nom ale cóż- zobaczymy jakie będą efekty !!! Mam nadzieje ze wyjdzie coś z tego! Później podziele się relacjami z wypieku. Ciumki
