Śledź w sosie śmietanowo-jogurtowym

Ingredients:

6 filetów za śledzia a la matjas,
1 kwaśne jabłko,
2 średnie cebule,
100 ml gęstej kwaśnej śmietany,
1 łyżeczka cukru,
100 ml jogurtu,
1 łyżka posiekanego koperku,
2 łyżeczki soku z cytryny,
1 łyżeczka musztardy.

Prepare instructions:

Śledzie wymoczyć przez 1 godz. w dużej ilości zimnej wody. Wodę zlać. Śledzie osuszyć. Pokroić na 2 cm kawałki. Cebulę obrać. Pokroić w cienkie półplasterki. Zalać wrzątkiem. Odsączyć na sicie. Jabłko obrać, pozbawić gniazd nasiennych i pokroić w kostkę. Śmietanę połączyć z jogurtem i musztardą. Dodać cebulę i jabłko. Doprawić sokiem cytrynowym i cukrem tak aby sos miał zdecydowany słodko-kwaśny smak. Sosem polać śledzie. Przełożyć w chłodne miejcsce na 2 godz. Przed podaniem posypać posiekanym koperkiem.

Napisane jest w składnikach koperek a w przepisie posypać szczypiorkiem wiec co trzeba dodac szczypiorek czy koperek

Śledzie bardzo smaczne,nieco podobne do moich z taką różnicą,że tu jest jabłko które starłam na tarce. Idealne na wigilijny stół i nie tylko. U mnie debiutowały w Mikołajki.
