Śledź w śmietanie a'la Fila

Ingredients:

Potrzebujemy:
- 5 filetów matiasów (płaty z zalewy solnej)
- średnią cebulę
- średnie jabłko
- śmietana 12% (ew. dodatkowo jogurt)
- sól
- pieprz
- cukier

Prepare instructions:

Filety ze śledzia moczymy w wodzie przez ok. 2 godziny. Przynajmniej raz zmieniamy wodę. Nastepnie płaty kroimy poprzecznie w 3 cm kawałki i wrzucamy do miski.
Cebulę kroimy w miarę drobno, jabłko obieramy i ścieramy na grubej tarce. Wrzucamy do miski ze śledziami. Nastepnie wlewamy śmietanę, tak aby wszystko przykryła. (W wersji mniej kalorycznej połowę śmietany możemy zastąpić jogurtem). Doprawiamy do smaku pieprzem i odrobiną cukru - dosłownie pół łyżeczki. Mieszamy wszystko. Jeżeli potrawa wydaje nam się za mało słona możemy trochę posolić. Ale lepiej dodać sól po tym jak całość "przegryzie się". Następnie wstawiamy do lodówki minimum na 12 godzin. Po tym czasie smaki się przenikną.

Powiem szczerze - to moje ulubione śledziki. Te kupne gotowce nijak się mają do domowych.

Tak śledziki robi moja mama - pycha

Właśnie zrobiłam te śledziki.Przegryzają się w lodóweczce,ale już czuć ,że będą pyszniutkie :)
