Ingredients:

Biszkopt:

4 jajka

kisiel cytrynowy

3 łyżki mąki

1/2 szkl. cukru

łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

2 łyżeczki kakao

KREM:

15 dag wiórek kokosowych

ok. 700 ml mleka

25 dag margaryny

budyń śmietankowy

3 łyżki cukru

oraz:

3 opakowania herbatników

puszka masy krówkowej

cukier puder

Prepare instructions:

Biszkopt:

Białka oddzielamy od żółtek i ubijamy na sztywną pianę,stopniowo wsypując cukier.Następnie dodajemy żółtka i mąkę wymieszaną z kisielem,proszkiem do pieczenia i kakao.Pieczemy ok 35 min. w temp. 180 st.C

Po ostudzeniu kroimy w poprzek na pół.

Krem:

Szklankę mleka zagotowujemy i zalewamy wiórka.Odstawiamy do napęcznienia.Na reszcie mleka gotujemy budyń.Studzimy.Mieszamy z wiórkami i miksujemy z margaryną.Na spód ciasta wykładamy połowę kremu.Przykrywamy herbatnikami i smarujemy masą krówkową.Ponownie układamy herbatniki,smarujemy resztą kremu i przykrywamy biszkoptem.Posypujemy cukrem pudrem,schładzamy.

Ciasto jest bardzo smaczne, rewelacyjne !!! Wszystkim domownikom bardzo smakowało i szybko zniknęło, a to u nas rzadkość ............Polecam wszystkim, bo ciasto jest pyszne
