Rozyczko, tak sie wlasnie smalec robilo w moim domu :)) z dodatkiem kielbasy i na surowym boczku. W zaleznosci od tego jak chudy byl boczek, nie bylo tam prawie wcale smalcu i taki lubilismy... ech kto wie, moze nawet sobie taki zrobie :))

Luckystar:)U nas w domu często się smalcu nie jada,własnie w porze jesiennej najlepiej smakuje z ogórkiem kwaszonym,od czasu do czasu jak sie zje, nie zaszkodzi!  tłuszczu w nim dużo nie ma.Możesz zrobic malutką miseczkę,na pewno nie przytyjesz. Pozdrowionka.
