Difficulty level
Very easy

Ingredients:

-1 kg słoniny
-30 dag wędzonego boczku lub wędzona słonina
-2 cebule
-3 ząbki czosnku
-1 jabłko
-majeranek
-sól i pieprz

Prepare instructions:

-słoninę i boczek pokroić bardzo drobno
-wyłożyć na patelnię , stopić na skwarki
-jabłko obrać ze skórki , zetrzeć na tarce o drobnych oczkach
-cebulę pokroić w drobną kostkę
-czosnek pokroić bardzo drobno
-jabłko , cebulę i czosnek dodać do stopionej słoniny i boczku , podsmażyć kilka minut
-dodać majeranek , sól i pieprz , wymieszać , jeszcze kilka minut podsmażyć
-przestudzony smalec przełożyć do słoika lub glinianego naczynia
Smalec idealny do chleba lub okraszania potraw.

Mam jedno pytanie czy boczek ma być wędzony i parzony czy surowy?

Jak Wy to robicie ? Mi wyszły 2 słoje skwarków i ledwie centymetr smalcu. Dziś zrobiłem, jutro będę smakował. Tylko ciii....sza. Bo jak mój kardiolog się dowie co ja jem po 3 zawałach :-)
