Co potrzebujemy:
- ziemniaki
- olej
- mąkę ziemniaczaną
- 2 jajka

Co i jak ?

Solimy i gotujemy ziemniaczki, gdy są już gotowe przeciskamy je przez "praskę" (tłuczemy) i czekamy aż będą zimne. Najlepiej przełożyć je do miski będzie nam łatwiej . Dzielimy całość na 4 części jedną część wyciągamy kładziemy na pozostałe a w to miejsce wsypujemy mąkę ziemniaczaną
i dodajemy 2 jajka ( chyba że jest mało ziemniaków to wystarczy 1 jajko ) wszytsko razem mieszamy aż masa będzie się razem lepić. Gdy będzie się jeszcze rozwalać dodać trochę mąki . Na kluski nie ma proporcji :)) .

Robimy MALUTKIE kluski . Do garnka z rozgrzanym olejem (musi go byc dość sporo żeby mogły "pływać" gdy się je wrzuci) wrzucamy kilka klusek i czekamy az sie usmażą i pokryją złotym kolorem . Są naprawdę pyszne

pierwszy ras słysze o oleju ale reszta przepisu się zgadza tak własnie moja mama robiła kluski ale potem gotowała w wodzie osolonej

robie takie kluseczki, sąpyszne, czasem dodatkowo obtaczam je w bułce tartej ;))
