Sorbet z kiwi i marakują

Ingredients:

♦ 6 owoców kiwi

♦ 4 marakuje

♦ 150 ml wody

♦ 2 łyzki cukru

Prepare instructions:

Proste w przygotowaniu lody sorbetowe. Źródło witamin, mniej kalorii niż lody na bazie tłustej śmietanki, a jak zrezygnujemy z cukru, to juz w ogóle uzyskamy wersję "light". Idealny i orzeźwiający deser na lato.

Wodę zagotować z cukrem, gotować ok. 10 min. Owoce obrać, zmiksować. Dodać wodę z cukrem, wszystko zmiksować. Przelać do pojemnika i zamrozić.

Przed podaniem należy wyciągnąć sorbet z zamrażalnika jakieś 10 - 15 minut wcześniej, bo po zamrożeniu jest dość twardy. Ja traktuję go rozdrabniaczem do lodu, by nabrał konsystencji odpowiedniej do dzielenia na porcje.

Fajna fociucha :) Sorbety teraz będą coraz bardziej na topie - robi się coraz cieplej i chętniej będziemy sięgać po orzeźwiające chłodne desery :)
