Sos holenderski przepis nadesłany

3 żółtka
pół kostki masła
sok z cytryny
sól
pieprz
gałka muszkatołowa

Prepare instructions:

Zarówno jajka cocotte, jak i poszetowe możemy podawać z rozmaitymi sosami.
Jednym z moich ulubionych jest sos holenderski.

Bierzemy dwa różnej wielkości garnki - mniejszy powinno dać się wstawić do większego.
Do większego nalewamy trochę wody.
Zagotowujemy.
Do wody wstawiamy pusty, mniejszy garnek. Wrzucamy masło. Gdy się rozpuści, dodajemy żółtka i zaczynamy ubijać, najlepiej za pomocą robota kuchennego.
Kiedy sos uzyska kremową konsystencję, przyprawiamy solą, pieprzem, gałka muszkatołową i paroma kroplami soku z cytryny.

Dodatkowe informacje:
Na bazie sosu holenderskiego można przyrządzić inne sosy - dodając np. koncentrat pomidorowy uzyskujemy Choron, sok z pomarańczy da nam sos maltański, musztarda musztardowy itp. Do moich ulubionych należy bearnaise, który otrzymujemy zaprawiając "holendra" białym winem i przyprawiając estragonem.

Mało kalorii? Moze sie myle, ale chyba maslo do najmniej kalorycznych nie nalezy ;-) W kazdym razie dzieki, przepis przyda sie do sosu potrzebnego mi do zapiekanki.
