Sos pieczarkowo-koperkowy

Ingredients:

pieczarki
peczek koperku
śmietana
cebula
tłuszczyk do smażenie pieczarek
sól, pieprz, vegeta

Prepare instructions:

Pokrojoną w kostkę cebulkę zarumieniamy w garnku na złoto dodajemy do niej pokrojone w plasteki pieczarki. Smażymy je dodając troche wody tak żeby sie nie przypaliły. Gdy pieczarki będą juz gotowe przyprawiamy je według uznania. Do nich dodajemy posiekany koperek i dusimy tak jeszcze całośc około 5 minut. Na koniec dodajemy smietankę i wszystko razem dusimy aż śmietanka połączy sie z sokiem z pieczarek i lekko zgęstnieje.
Wszystko najbardziej smakuje koperkiem ja najbardziej lubię ten sos do gotowanych ziemniaków

Wypróbuję choć osobiście polecam moj przepis na sos pieczarkowy pycha:) a zamiast koperku dodaję zieloną pietruszkę. Pozdrawiam

Przepis byłby zapewne wspaniały - ale gdzie są proporcje? Ile pieczarek, ile śmietany?

ja gotuje to na oko zalezy ile osób ma jesc ale tak przecietnie na 2 osoby : 40 dag pieczarek i kubek smietany

uwielbiam polaczenie koperku i pieczarek, sama czesto robie taki sosikpodlewam jeszcze go tylko bulionikiem podczas duszenia...pozdrawiam:)
