Ewciuncia, po co maka, po co zasmazka, carbonara obchodzi sie, a nawet wrecz nie lubi chyba maki, tak jak wszystkie wloskie sosy.
Odparowac co nalezy, sos sie zagesci sam w sobie.

Pysznie, ale zdecydowanie bez mąki. W zasadzie po 5 miutach już miałem sosik zagęszczony.
