Ingredients:

2 szkl. wody sodowej

1 szkl. rumu

2 lyzeczki cukru + troszke na obtoczenie szklanki

8 truskawek

garsc swiezych lisci miety

2 limetki

lod

Prepare instructions:

Wysyp troszke cukru na talerzyk, zrob okolo 0,5cm warstwe. Brzegi szklanek w ktorych bedzie podawane mojito (mohito) obtocz cwiartka rozkrojonej limonki, a potem odwracajac szklanke zanurz w cukrze. Odstaw tak przygotowane szklanki na bok.

Do dzbanka wycisnij pokrojone w cwiartki reszte limonek i wrzuc je tam, dodaj miete, przekrojone truskawki i cukier - jego moze byc wiecej w zaleznosci od slodkosci wody sodowej i upodobania. Tluczkiem lub innym narzedziem pougniataj wszystko aby truskawki i mieta puscily sok. Dodaj rum i wode sodowa. Wymieszaj zeby cukier sie rozpuscil.

Wlej mojito do przygotowanych szklanek. Na dno kazdej mozna wrzucic po pare kostek lodu.

wiszedi - masz racje bialy koniecznie, chociaz spotkalam sie juz z mixem hojito ktory zawiera juz alkohol - do tego reszta skladnikow i konsumowanie
