1 szklanka mleka
1 jajko
po 10 dag cukru i masla
2 zołtka
NA NADZENIE: 40 dag maku niebieskiego
25dag bakali
20 dag cukru
4 dag masla
2 łyżki miodu
2 białka
lukier

Prepare instructions:

Drozdze rozetrzec z 1 łyzka cukru i ciepłym mlekiem,dodac 10 dag mąki wymieszac,odstawic do wyrosniecia.Gdy rozczyn podwoi objetośc,dodac utarte z cukrem żółtka i jajko,wyrobic ciasto,wlac roztopione maslo,ponownie wyrobic,przykryc,odstawic.Opłukany mak zalać wrzątkiem gotowac 10 minut ,odcedzic,odcisnąc zemlec 3 razy.Rozpuscic masło,wlozyc mak cukier miód bakalie smażyc 10 minutek mieszając,przestudzic połączyc z pianą z białek.Ciasto podzielic na 2 częsci rozwałkowac 2 prostokąty grubości 5 mm,rozsmarowac nadzenie,pozostawiając czyste brzegi 1,5 cm.zwinąc w rulon,wlozyc do natłuszczonych foremek posypanych mąką,odstawic do wyrosnięcia.Piec 30-40 minut w 200 stopni,polukrowac posypac rodzynkami.

jesteś pewna że 10 min wystarczy żeby mak sie ugotował?

Może masz sposób na to, żeby po upieczeniu strucli makowej nie odstawała skórka. Próbowałam różnych sposobów i wszystko na nic.
