1 łyżka mąki ziemniaczanej
2 plaskie lyzki drobno starkowanego sera żółtego (najlepiej pikantny)
2 łyżki majonezu
2 cale jajka
sol,pieprz,przyprawa do gyrosaa lbo do kurczaka
Malutka szczypta proszku do pieczenia

Prepare instructions:

Wszystkie podane skladniki ucieramy ze soba. dodajac przyprawy.Musi wyjsc ciasto okonsystencji jak gęsta śmietana.
Mieso(moze byc kurczak, schab,poledwica wieprz,ryba tez sie nadaje) rozbijamy, przyprawiamy i kroimy na nieduze kawalki dowolnego ksztaltu.Zamaczamyje w panierce i od razu na goracy tluszcz.mozna dodatkowo obtoczyc w bulce tartej lub platkach kukurydzianych.Smazymy srednim ogniu do zarumienienia.Mieso przyrzadzone w ten sposob jest wyjatkowo soczyste i pyszne.Panierka mozna tez obtoczyc zamarynowane wczesniej udka z kurczaka i usmazyc w glebokim tluszczu.Wybornie smakuje z puree ziemniaczanym i zapiekanymi brokulami:).Zawsze smakuje dzieciom

I panierka i brokuły wydają sie pyszne, na pewno wyprobuje.
Moze wstawisz osobny przepis na te brokuły?

Super panierka, miękka i delikatna. Zastosowałam do nuggetsów z kurczaka, ale mam jeszcze zamiar wykorzystać ją do ryby. pozdrawiam.
