Ingredients:

Biszkopt:

8 jaj
8 łyżek mąki pszennej tortowej
1,5 szklanki cukru
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

Masa:

1 kg twarogu drobno zmielonego( ja kupuję w Lidlu )
1 szklanka cukru
0,5 kostki masła
1 jajo
aromat ( ja daję rumowy)
1 budyń (śmietankowy lub waniliowy)

Duży słoik dżemu najlepiej z czarnej porzeczki

Prepare instructions:

Biszkopt

Z bialek ubić sztywna piane w trakcie ubijanie dodawać cukier, następnie dodać żółtka nie przerywajac ubijania. Do aksamitnej masy dodawać powoli mąkę połaczoną z proszkiem do pieczenia mieszać delikatnie łyżką. Piec przez 30 do 45 minut w temp. 180⁰C.

Masa
Twaróg, cukier, masło, rozkłócone jajko oraz aromat zagotować do gotującej się masy dodać budyń rozprowadzony w 3/4 szklanki mleka. Mieszać doprowadzając do wrzenia.

Zimny biszkopt podzielić na 3 części.
Pierwszą cześć (spód) psmarować dżemem,przykryć 2 częścią ciasta na którą wylać cała gorącą masę, przykryć to ostatnią częścią ciasta, która polewamy polewą czekoladową (wg własnego przepisu bądź gotową) i posypujemy wiórkami kokosowymi.
