Super zupa meksykańska

Ingredients:

2 czerwone papryki
70 dag mięsa mielonego wieprzowego
1 puszka czerwonej fasoli
1 puszka słodkiej kukurydzy
1 puszka kiełków soi
350 ml koncentratu pomidorowego
2 cebule
20 g mielonej papryki słodkiej
3 kost rosolowe
4-6 ząbków czosnku
wegeta lub coś podobnego

Prepare instructions:

Wlać ok 2 l wody dodać kostki rosołowe.Na patelni podsmażyc mieso.Dodac do wywaru,dodać pokrojoną w kostkę paprykę i cebulę oraz kukurydzę dodać koncentrat i przeciśnięty przez praskę czosnek gotować aż papryka będzie prawie miękka.Następnie dodać kiełki soi doprawic do smaku wegetą na koniec zagęścic słodlą papryką i dodac czerwoną fasolkę wraz z zalewą pogotować 5 minut.Zupa ta musi być gęsta ale gdy będzie zagęsta można dolać wody.PODAWAĆ Z PSZENNĄ BUŁKĄ.PYCHA...

Zupa jest naprawdę pyszna,robię ja już od dawna.Nie dodaję jednak kiełków soi ale puszkę czerwonej i puszkę bialej fasolki,puszkę pomidorow i puszkę kukurydzy-wszystko z zalewą.Nie daję też papryki.Ale może warto sprobować i co nieco udoskonalić???Ale tak czy inaczej-przepis polecam-zawsze to jakaś odmiana.
