Świetne są te suróweczki owocowe! W środku zimy cudowne zapachy przypominają słoneczne, letnie dni. Ja tak samo robię maliny, truskawki i jeżyny. Tylko muszę trzymać w lodówce, bo mam ciepłą piwnicę i obawiam się, żeby mi te delicje się nie zmarnowały. Używam do naleśników, a najlepiej smakują ze świeżą bułeczką i masełkiem:))
