Ingredients:

1 puszka tunczyka w kawalkach w sosie wlasnym
1 puszka kukurydzy slodkiej
mala papryka czerwona
2 jaja
1 nieduza cebula czerwona
3 srednie ogorki typu korniszony
1 pomidor
1 torebka ryzu
ser zolty wg uznania zarowno w ilosci jak i rodzaju

2 łyżki majonezu
1/2 łyzki ketchupu (ja wybieram Heinz lub Pudliszki pikantny)
ok 10 kropli sosu sojowego (np.tao tao)
sol
pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Przepis jest prosciutki, wszystkie warzywa kroimy w zgrabną kosteczkę,(wazne aby cebulka byla drobno pokrojona) wrzucamy do miseczki w ktorej bedziemy wszystko mieszac, dodajemy puszke kukurydzy (uwielbiam wiec wsypuje cala zawartosc)

jaja,dodajemy ryz wczesniej lekko ostudzony (ugotowany wg zalecen na opakowaniu) i naszego pysznego tunczyka (bez wody ktora byla z nim w puszce

) calosc dopelnia starkowany na malych oczkach zolty ser. Na koniec dodajemy majonez, ketchup, sos sojowy i doprawiamy wg uznania sola i pieprzem...........................SMACZNEGO

Salatka bardzo dobra, nie dalam sosu sojowego bo nie mialam i dodalam fasole czerwona, zrobie na te sobote na parapetowke, polecam
