Szybki gulasz pycha

Difficulty level
Very easy

Ingredients:

- 70 dag karkówki
- papryka czerwona
- 5 ziemniaków (średniej wielkości)
- 1 cebula
- 1 marchewka, pietruszka zielona, koper, lubczyk - w zależności od smaku, nie konieczne ale zdrowsze
- ciasto wolne jak na pierogi (mała kulka zrobiona z jajka mąki ewentualnie odrobiną wody)

Prepare instructions:

Karkówkę pokroić w kostkę obsmażyć na tłuszczu razem z cebulą, marchewką i zieleniną. Dolewać wody do momentu, aż mięso będzie miękkie, następnie dodajemy pokrojone w kostkę ziemniaki, gdy trochę zmiękną dodajemy zacierkę (jak lane kluski), na końcu dodajemy pokrojoną w kostkę paprykę. Wszystko zagęścić mąką i doprawić, aby było ostre dodać paprykę chili. Można podawać z ryżem, jest tak syte, że można tę potrawę skonsumować samą. Smacznego :)

No nie wiem dlaczego tu brak komentarzy... Ten gulasz to poezja! To rozkosz dla zmyslów! Ja dotuję go minimum 2 razy w miesiącu na przemian z zupą gulaszową

A poza tym jest naprawdę szybki!

Polecam! Jest świetny! A te kluseczki dodaję do większości potraw bo uwielbiam je! Spróbujcie go zrobić- nie pożałujecie!

PYSIO TY wiesz co pyszne pozdrawiam ceiplutko i dziękuję za komentarz. Lepiej nie potrafiłabym zachęcić naszych Żarłoczków :)

to raczej jest przepis na bogracz, ale polecam :) bardzo dobry
