Ingredients:

Ciasto;
4 jajka
4 łyżki cukru
4 łyżki mąki

Masa;
1 kostka masła
1 szkl cukru pudru
4 jajka
1 galaretka agrestowa
1 galaretka wiśniowa
1 galaretka pomarańczowa
4 duże jabłka

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto;
Białka ubijamy na sztywną pianę dodajemy cukier nadal ubijamy dodajemy po jednym żółtku. Pod koniec dodajemy mąkę i delikatnie mieszamy. Gotowe ciasto wylewamy na dużą tortownicę posmarowaną tłuszczem i posypaną bułką tartą. Pieczemy w temp.180 stop. na złoty kolor.

Masa;
Masło ucieramy do białości, dodajemy cukier puder i nadal ucierając po 1 żółtku . Jabłka obieramy, ścieramy na tarce i odciskamy sok. Do utartego masła dodajemy po trochę jabłek i nadal ucieramy aby składniki się połączyły .Galaretkę agrestową rozpuszczamy w 1 szkl. wody , tężejącą wlewamy do masy jabłkowej.Wszystko razem dokładnie mieszamy i wykładamy na upieczony wcześniej biszkopt. Galaretkę wiśniową rozpuszczamy według przepisu na opakowaniu, a gdy zacznie tężeć, wylewamy ja na masę jabłkową.Pozostałe 4 białka ubijamy na sztywną pianę , dodajemy 2 łyżki cukru pudru nadal ubijając wlewamy tężejącą galaretkę pomarańczową rozpuszczoną w 1 szkl wody.Całość dokładnie mieszamy i wylewamy na zastygniętągalaretkę wiśniową. Wierzch tortu posypujemy wiórkami czekoladowymi.

Mam podobny przepis w moich zbiorach, no trochę skromniejszy bo juz bez tych białek, jest pyszny.
