Tort jabłkowy z migdałową skorupką

Ingredients:

Upiec jasny biszkopt z 4 jaj na tortownicy.

Składniki:

1 kg jabłek
10 dag margaryny
1 szkl. cukru
2 szkl. śmietany kremówki
15 dag płatków migdałowych
5 łyżek soku z cytryny
200 ml soku jabłkowego
1 budyń waniliowy
2 cukry waniliowe
2 zagęstniki do śmietany

Prepare instructions:

Upiec jasny biszkopt na tortownicy.

Migdałowe trójkąty:

½ szkl. śmietany, ¾ szkl. cukru, płatki migdałowe i margarynę przełożyć do rondla. Podgrzać, aż składniki się połączą. Przełożyć na wyłożoną pergaminem tortownicę, piec ok. 30 min w temp. 175 st. Ostudzić, pokroić na trójkąty.

Masa jabłkowa i śmietana:

Jabłka pokroić na kawałki włożyć do rondla. Dodać mniejszą połowę szklanki cukru, sok jabłkowy i cytrynowy. Gotować 5min. Dodać rozrobiony w odrobinie wody budyń. Wymieszać i przestudzić. Wyłożyć na ciasto, schłodzić. Resztę śmietany ubić z cukrem waniliowym i zagęstnikiem. Wyłożyć na tort, wyrównać. Na wierzch ułóż migdałowe trójkąty.
