Ingredients:

Składniki:

Biszkopt jasny:
3 jajka
½ szkl mąki
½ szkl. Cukru
½ łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

Biszkopt ciemny:
3 jajka
½ szkl mąki (odjąć 1 łyżkę)
1 łyżka kakao
½ szkl. cukru
½ łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

Składniki masy:
1 śmietana 30% (u mnie z biedronki 330 ml)
4 łyżki cukru pudru
1 serek mascarpone 250 g
3 łyżeczki żelatyny
100 g wiórków kokosowych

Dżem ananasowy

Poncz:
O,5 l soku ananasowego
Alkohol do smaku

1 masło
Cukier puder do smaku
Masa cukrowa

Prepare instructions:

Biszkopt:
Ubić biała z cukrem, dodać po jednym żółtku. Miksować i dodać powoli mąkę z proszkiem. Ciasto wylać do wysmarowanej blaszki o średnicy 20 cm. Upiec.
Biszkopt ciemny zrobić w taki sam sposób.
Każdy biszkopt przekroić na 2 placki.

Masa:
Śmietanę ubić z cukrem pudrem, dodać mascarpone i wiórki. Żelatynę namoczyć w wodzie i rozpuścić. Przestudzoną dodać do śmietany i ubić.

Przełożenie tortu:
Każdy blat biszkoptu naponczować.

Biszkopt - masa - biszkopt – dżem - biszkopt – amasa – biszkopt.

Cały tort obsmarowałam masłem utartym z cukrem pudrem. Na to położyłam masę cukrową i dekoracje.
Tort najlepiej smakuje na drugi dzień jak wszystko się przegryzie a wiórki namokną.
Nasączyć można też sokiem kokosowo - ananasowym pinacolada. Wypróbowałam, rewelacja.

Czy masa cukrowa nie nasiąknie przez całą noc?

Nie, nic nie nasiąkło. Masę cukrową robiłam sama. Zdjęcia tortu były robine na drugi dzień po przełożeniu ciasta. Tort stał prawie dobę w lodówce i nic masie się nie stało.
