Ingredients:

Skladniki:

ciasto:

5 łyżek mąki tortowej, 8dag mąki ziemniaczanej ,5 jaj ,

7 łyżek cukru

Dodatki:

6 łyżek konfitury wiśniowej,4 łyżeczki żelatyny, 60 ml rumu,

25 dag cukru pudru, 3 szkl. śmietany kremówki,

galaretki owocowe,cukiereczki

Prepare instructions:

Biszkopt

Ubić pianę z białek, dodać cukier i żółtka. Mąkę pszenną połączyć z ziemniaczaną i wymieszać widelcem z masą jajeczną. Wlać do tortownicy 22cm i piec ok 30min w temp.190st.C

Masa:

żelatynę namoczyć w odrobinie zimnej wody,podgrzać i rozpuścić, wymieszać z rumem. Śmietanę ubić na sztywno, dodać cukier puder, połączyć z wystudzoną żelatyną. Dwa krążki biszkoptu posmarować konfiturą wiśniową i bitą śmietaną (odłożyć 3/4 szkl śmietany). Posmarowane blaty nałożyc na siebie i nakryć trzecim krążkiem. Odłożoną śmietaną posmarować wierzch tortu. Udekorowac pociętymi galatertkami owocowymi i kolorowymi cukierkami.

Wstawić na 2 godz do lodówki.

Czy rum mogę zastąpić aromaten rumowym? Konieczna jest konfitura a nie dżem tak? Mam w planach dać jeszcze wiśnie do masy śmietanowej. Na jaką tortownice jest przepis?

Z poślizgiem ...tortownica o średnicy 21 cm,można dać dżem ale gęsty, chyba rumy bym nie zastępowała olejkiem...
