Ingredients:

BISZKOPT:
6 jajek
1 szklanka cukru
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
1 szklanka mąki pszennej
(można dodać 2 łyżki kakao)

MASA:
^₁/₂litra mleka
170 ml cukru( odmierzamy niecałą szklankę)
budyń śmietankowy
3¹/₄ łyżki mąki pszennej
3 jajka
2 kostki masła
kawa cappucino o dowolnym smaku( najlepiej orzechowy lub czekoladowy)

DODATKOWO:
posypka na ciasto

Prepare instructions:

BISZKOPT
Białka ubić na sztywną pianę, dodać cukier i ubijać do momentu aż cukier się rozpuści. Potem należy dodać żółtka i lekko zmiksować. Następnie dodajemy mąkę, proszek do pieczenia ( ew. kakao) i lekko mieszamy, aby wszystko sie połączyło. Ciastko wykładamy do dużej blachy, ponieważ wyrasta duże. Pieczemy 30- 35 minut w temp. 180°

MASA
Połowę mleka zagotować z cukrem. w reszcie rozprowadzić mąkę, budyń, jajka i wlać na gotujące mleko. ( czekać aż sie ugotuje z tego budyń) Po ostudzeniu utrzeć z margaryną, i powoli dodawac cappucino wg uznania( ja zużywam prawie całe opakowanie.

Biszkopt przekroić na 2 placki, na wierzchu i w środku smarujemy masa, posypujemy posypka czekoladową.

tak dorociu61, ale z tego 1/4 masz zagotować a w 1/4 rozprowadzic mąke budyń i jajka i dopiero wlac do gotujacego sie mleka

Jak ugotować budyń z ponad 3 łyżkami mąki w 1/2 szklanki mleka. Może ma być 1/2 LITRA mleka
