Truskawkowe z ptasim mleczkiem

Ingredients:

biszkopt ciemny z 4 jaj,

masa I:
400g. śmietany 30%,
400g. serka homogenizowanego,
2 galaretki truskawkowe,

masa II:
kg. truskawek,
2 galaretki truskawkowe

dodatkowo:
paczka biszkoptów,
gorzka czekolada,
syrop truskawkowy

Prepare instructions:

Biszkopt nasączamy rozcieńczonym syropem truskawkowym.
Galaretki rozpuszczamy w 2 szklankach gorącej wody. Śmietanę ubijamy na sztywno i dodajemy serek homogenizowany. Wlewamy tężejące galaretki i miksujemy do uzyskania jednolitej masy. Odstawiamy do lodówki, aby śmietana mogła stężeć.
Umyte truskawki wrzucamy do garnka i dusimy na małym ogniu, aż do uzyskania "papki". Wtedy wsypujemy suche galaretki i mieszamy do rozpuszczenia. Odstawiamy do wystygnięcia.

Na biszkopt wylewamy część masy śmietanowej, wciskamy w nią ptasie mleczko (można pokroić na mniejsze kawałki) i przykrywamy resztą śmietany. Na to wylewamy tężejącą galaretkę z truskawkami, układamy biszkopty nasączone w syropie i polewamy rozpuszczoną czekoladą tworząc "esy-floresy"

Uwaga: Do tego ciasta nadają się też inne owoce. Jest pyszne z wiśniami, malinami, brzoskwiniami itp. Ciasto to robie zwykle w dużej blaszce, na zdjęciu jednak widnieje w postaci torcika (biszkopt został tu przekrojony).

A ile ma być tego ptasiego mleczka i jaki smak?

Ja dałam pół pudełka. Ptasie mleczko było czekoladowe.

oj zjadłabym takie ciacho, na pewno spróbuje ie zrobić w sezonie truskawkowym:)
