Uszka z suszonymi grzybami i kapustą kiszoną

Ingredients:

Składniki na ciasto:

-2 pełne szk mąki pszennej
-ok 3/4 szk wody
-2 jajka
-ok 4 dag drożdży

Składniki na farsz:

-15 dag suszonych grzybów
-ok 1/2 kg kapusty kiszonej
-8 dag cebuli
-1 łyżka masła
-1 cebula do ugotowania
-3 dag tartej bułki
-1 żółtko
-sól i pieprz

Prepare instructions:

-grzyby umyć pod bieżącą wodą
-włożyć do wody i zostawić do następnego dnia , aby dobrze namiękły
-nazajutrz ugotować w tej samej wodzie z dodatkiem obranej i przekrojonej na pół cebuli
-po ugotowaniu odlać wywar , odcisnąć grzyby
-cebulę obrać i zeszklić na rozgrzanym maśle
-grzyby , uduszoną cebulę i kapustę zemleć w maszynce do mięsa , dodać żółtko , tartą bułkę , sól i pieprz , wymieszać
-zagnieść ciasto z podanych składników , cienko rozwałkować , wykroić kwadraty , rozłożyć nadzienie , skleić w trójkąty , końcówki skleić ze sobą , ugotować w osolonej wodzie z dodatkiem oleju , by się nie pokleiły

-podawać z barszczem czerwonym

Ile uszek wychodzi z tego przepisu, tak około? Bo u mnie nie wszyscy lubią grzyby i boję się, że wyjdzie ich zbyt dużo

Tak ok.30-40 sztuk wychodzi uszek.

KApusta kiszona powinna byc ugotowana. tak mysle . w przepisie tego nie pisze. jasku
