Waniliowe muffinki z różyczkami

Ingredients:

0,5 szklanki mąki pszennej
0,25 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
1 jajko
1/4 szklanki cukru waniliowego domowej roboty
70g miękkiego masła

150g masy marcepanowej
Różowy barwnik spożywczy

Prepare instructions:

Pierwszy raz robiłam coś z masy marcepanowej dlatego każda różyczka jest inna, ale zamierzam kupić plastelinę i ćwiczyć :-)

Muffinki robiłam z małej porcji ponieważ piekłam je w małych foremkach, z tej porcji wyszło mi ok. 7 sztuk

Masło zmiksować z cukrem, dodać jajko i przesianą mąkę z proszkiem do pieczenia.

Foremkę wyłożyć papilotkami, do papilotek nakładać po łyżce masy.

Piec do suchego patyczka w 180'.

Masę wyrobić z barwnikiem i ulepić z niej 7 różyczek.

Ostudzone muffinki można posmarować np. marmoladą i kłaść na wierzch różyczkę.

Narazie mogę powiedzieć, że wyglądają cudnie, ale kiedy grypa ustąpi, dojdę do siebie i wrócą chęci to z pewnością spróbuję:)
