Ingredients:

SKŁADNIKI MOKRE:
1 1/2 szklanki mleka
1 1/2 szklanki cukru kryształu
1 laska wanilii albo kilka kropel esencji waniliowej
2/3 szklanki oleju
2 jajka
3 1/2 szklanka mąki
1 łyżka proszku do pieczenia
1 łyżeczka gałki muszkatołowej (startej)
szczypta soli
1/2 łyżeczki cynamonu

FARSZ:
słoik dżemu albo 1/2 szklanki (najlepiej kwaskowaty, np porzeczkowy)

DODATKOWO DO MACZANIA MUFFINÓW:
120 g stopionego masła
1/2 szklanki cukru
1/2 łyżeczki cynamonu

* 1 szklanka to 250 ml
* opakowanie proszku do pieczenia ma 20 g

Prepare instructions:

Mleko podgrzewamy z wanilia, jeśli dodajemy aromat to nie trzeba podgrzewać, wystarczy wymieszać. Studzimy. Potem dodajemy cukier, jajka, olej, wymieszać trzepaczką. Do drugiej miski wsypać mąkę, proszek i przyprawy. Łączymy wszystkie składniki i szybko mieszamy ze sobą. Wypełniamy foremki 2/3 ciastem, nakładamy trochę dżemu i resztę ciasta dajemy na dżem. Pieczemy ok 30 min w temp 180 stopni. Gotowe muffiny można obtoczyć w stopionym maśle i w cynamonie wymieszanym z cukrem. Smacznego.

A co robimy z dżemem?Mieszamy razem ze skladnikami?

no ale gdzie tu miejsce na dzem? i ile jaj? poza tym straszne ilosci tych skladnikow i troche malo oleju jak na takie proporcje, co mnie niepokoi... ale moze tak ma byc :) i co daje podgrzanie wczesniejsze mleka z aromatem?
