Wiatraczki krucho-drożdżowe

Ingredients:

1 kg mąki
1/2 kg masła
2 żółtka
1 szklanka kwaśnej,gęstej śmietany
5 dkg drożdży

Prepare instructions:

Przesianą mąkę posiekać nożem z masłem,zrobić "dołek",dodać pokruszone drożdże,posypać 1 łyżką cukru,dodac śmietanę,żółtka.
Wyrobić ciasto,włożyć do lodówki,ucinać po kawałku.
Wałkować na grubość ok.0,5 cm,ciąć radełkiem na równe kwadraty,nacinać na kazdym rogu w kierunku "do środka".
Formować wiatraczki.Na środek ciasta dajemy konfiturę.
Wiatraczki piec w temp.ok.180 C na termoobiegu ok.10-15 min.
Można także piec bez konfitury,a po upieczeniu na środek wiatraczka

wkładamy wiśnię z syropu lub np.galaretkę z porzeczek.

Po upieczeniu posypać cukrem pudrem.

Ciasteczka mają 2 zalety i 2 wady : są pyszne,efektowne - dość pracochłonne (bardziej to zabawa niz praca) i szybko nie ma po nich śladu.

Więc do dzieła i smacznego !

Czy na pewno chodzi o 1/2 kg a nie kostki masła?

Upiekłam z tego ciasta wiatraczki z marmoladą p y s z n e.

Proporcjie takie jak podano w przepisie, dałam "Kasię" i jedno masło 82% Dziękuję, pozdrawiam

Robię już nie wiem który raz, zawsze znikają zbyt szybko
