Ingredients:

Wielkanocny tygrysek
na masę

ser na serniki 1,30 kg
jajka 5 szt
cukier 1 kopiasta szklanka
mleko 3/4 szkl
kasza manna 2 łyżki
budyń Gellwe (jasny) 1 szt
budyń czekoladowy Gellwe 1 szt

na ciasto

mąka 3 szkl
kakao 2 kopiaste łyżki
żółtka 4 szt
margaryna albo masło 1 kostka (250g)
cukier 1/2 szkl
proszek do pieczenia Gellwe 2 łyżeczki

Prepare instructions:

Do mąki dodać cukier, kakao, proszek do pieczenia i pokrojoną w kostkę margarynę. Wszystko wymieszać siekając nożem. Dodać żółtka, zagnieść ciasto i odłożyć do lodówki.
Gdyby ciasto było zbyt suche można w trakcie zagniatania dodać śmietanę.

Do miski wybić jajka dodać cukier i zmiksować na puszystą masę. Dodać ser, mleko, dowolny aromat i kaszę mannę. Wszystko zmiksować i podzielić na połowy.

Do jednej części dodać budyń jasny np waniliowy a do drugiej czekoladowy. Wymieszać każdą część osobno. Żeby czekoladowa część sera była bardziej wyrazista można dodać trochę kakao.

Dużą blaszkę natłuścić i rozkruszyć palcami na nią 2/3 ciasta.

Wylać najpierw jedną masę serową, a potem drugą.
Widelcem fantazyjnie zmieszać obie masy.
Sernik będzie w prążki.

Na wierzch masy serowej rozkruszyć pozostałe ciasto.

Piec ok 60 min.

Zapomniałam dodać że tak naprawdę zdjęcie bardzo mało przedstawia sernik który wyszedł.Na zdjęciu jest końcówka ciasta czyli sam brzeg i prawie samo ciasto.Nie zdążyłam pstryknąć zdjęcia wcześniej a potem już nie wypadało. Dostawię nowe zdjecie gdy upiekę powtórnie ciasto a muszę przyznac że było i smaczne i fajnie wyglądało.
