Wigilijna zupa / woda śledziowa

Ingredients:

Śledzie w oleju i cebuli (mogą być matjasy) - 0,3-0,5 kg,

Śmietana (jaką kto woli - 12-30%) - duży kubek (400 ml),

Cebula - 1 mała (ale można więcej),

Letnia woda - 0,5 - 1 l,

Ocet - 1 łyżka,

Olej - 1-2 łyżki,

Liść laurowy, ziele angielskie, sól, pieprz.

Ziemniaki - 0,5-1 kg.

Prepare instructions:

Śledzie pokroić na małe kawałki (2-3 cm), zalać letnią wodą, dodać liść laurowy, ziele angielskie, ocet. Cebulę pokroić w drobną kostkę i dodać do wody ze śledziami. Po wystudzeniu dodać śmietanę, 1-2 łyżki oleju, doprawić do smaku. Można opcjonalnie dodać 1-2 łyżki cukru. Odstawić do lodówki na kilka-kilkanaście godzin.

Podawać z gorącymi gotowanymi ziemniakami (w odrębnej miseczce zupa, w oddzielnej misce ziemniaki - do kawałka ziemniaka na łyżce dobiera się zupy).

Woda śledziowa powinna nie powinna być ze śledzi z mleczem???

Całkiem możliwe.Tylko dlatego pytam,bo moja babcia Ukrainka zawsze robiła taką wodę ze śledzi z mleczem ,a ten dawał taki specyficzny smak.

Mój tata - specjalista od śledzi marynowanych, zawsze rozcierał mlecze do zalewy. Ja (nie wiedzieć dlaczego) nie dodaję mlecza ale "zupa śledziowa" i tak wychodzi mi dobra;)
