Ingredients:

DLA JEDNEJ OSOBY:
mała czerwona cebulka,
2 łyżeczki smalcu,
1 parówka,
2 plastry wędlinki -szynki,
gruba kromka chleba
2 plastry sera żółtego,
2 żółtka,
pieprz mielony czarny, papryka mielona, przyprawy jakie kto lubi,
łyżeczka masła.

Prepare instructions:

Na patelni rozgrzać smalec . Pokrojoną w malutką kostkę cebulkę podsmażyć razem z parówką pokrojoną w kostkę i plasterkami wędliny też pokrojonymi w kostkę.Kromkę chleba pokroić w grubą kostkę i dodać na patelnie jak się już nam trochę podsmażą tamte produkty. Jak chlebuś jest już podsmażony dodajemy masełko,przyprawy ,pokrojony w kostkę ser żółty i na końcu mieszamy to z 2 żółtkami(niekoniecznie). To jest porcja dla jednej osoby na małą patelnię, można dowolnie zwiększać ilość składników odpowiednio do ilości osób. Jest niedroga, smaczna, szybka w przygotowaniu.Mozna sobie zjeść ją z ketchupem lub majonezem jak ktoś lubi!

zrobiłam jak przyszli koledzy mojego synka :) Wszystkim smakowało, a mamusie od razu poprosiły o przepis;)
