Zapiekanka wiejska

Ingredients:

1 kg małych ziemniaków,
sól,
pieprz,
40 dag marchewek,
1 łodyga selera naciowego,
2 łyżki masła,
30 dag mieszanego mięsa mielonego,
2 łyżki przecieru pomidorowego,
1/2 litra soku pomidorowego,
2 łyżki jasnej zasmażki błyskawicznej,
gałązka szałwii,
2 kulki mozarelli (po 12 dag każda).

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki obrać, opłukać, ugotować (15 - 20minut) w osolonej wodzie.
Marchewki obrać, pokroić w kostkę. Seler oczyścić i umyć, pokroić na kawałeczki.
Na patelni rozgrzać masło. Wrzucić seler i marchewkę, dusić 5 minut. Dodać mięso mielone, podsmażyć na mocnym ogniu.
Przyprawić do smaku solą i pieprzem, wymieszać z koncentratem pomidorowym. Wlać sok pomidorowy i gotować około 5 minut. Wsypać zasmażkę błyskawiczną, jeszcze raz wymieszać i zagotować, do sosu dodać pokrojone w paseczki listki szałwii.

Do formy przełożyć ziemniaki, polać je sosem.
Mozarellę pokroić w plasterki i rozłożyć na wierzchu potrawy.
Zapiekać 15 minut w temperaturze 200⁰C.

co to jest zasmazka blyskawiczna? moge zrobic zamiast niej, taka normalna?

Witam,
....a pewnie, że możesz zrobić... podając zasmażka błyskawiczna.. miałam na myśli gotową, kupioną w sklepie ..bo w składnikach jest 2 łyżki jasnej zasmażki, więc gdy mam gotową, otwieram torebkę odmierzam 2 łyzki i wsypuję do potrawy, mieszam i gotowe. Pozdrawiam serdecznie...
