Zapiekanka z jabłkami i orzechami Mariusza

Very easy

Ingredients:

- 50 dag jabłek
- 5 łyżek cukru
- 5 dag orzchów laskowych
- 4 jajka
- 5 czerstwych kajzerek
- 2 szklanki mleka
- 1 op. cukru waniliowego
- 1 cytryna
- 1 łyżka masła
- 1/2 łyżeczki cynamonu

Prepare instructions:

1. Bułki kroimy w plasterki, jabłka obieramy, wycinamy gniazda, kroimy w cząstki i polewamy sokiem z cytryny.
2. Jajka mieszamy z cukrem waniliowym, mlekiem i 4 łyżkami cukru.
3. Naczynie żaroodporne smarujemy masłem, kładziemy połowę bułki, zalewamy połową mleka, kładziemy połowę jabłek, posypujemy posiekanymi orzechami. Na to wykładamy resztę jabłek, potem bułki. Całość zalewamy resztą mleka, posypujemy resztą cukru i cynamonem.
4. Pieczemy 45 minut w 175 stopniach.

Zapiekanka jest PRIMO! Tatuś podziwia:P Zamiast orzechów laskowych dałam zwykłe, bo tylko takie posiadam. Aha i czerstwe bułki mogą być świeże, tyle, że podgrzane na tosterze:) Polecam.

Zrobiłam i była smaczna, tylko wyglądała nie za dobrze. Warstwa spodnia byja taka breja, do jabłek dodałam rodzynki i to wszystko się rozsypywało ( jabłka, rodzynki, orzechy), dopiero wierzch ładnie wygladał. Pomimo braku walorów widokowych zniknęła natychmiast.
