Placuszki z pora

Very easy

Ingredients:

- 30 g masła
- 1-2 pory ale tylko białe części pokrojone w cienkie paseczki
- 100 g kiełków słonecznika
- 3 jajka + 1 żółtko
- 80 ml gęstej śmietany
- sól, pieprz
- 5-6 łyżek (czasem troszke więcej) mąki (w przepisie jest kukurydziana ale robiłem też ze zwykłą, pszenną)
- 75 g tartego parmezanu
- 1 łyżka oleju
- olej do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

1. Na maśle podsmażyć pory, dodać kiełki, lekko posolić. Smażyć ok. 1 minuty. Lekko przestudzić.
2. Jajka i żółtko roztrzepać widelcem, dodać śmietanę, mąkę, olej, sól i pieprz.
3. Wszystko razem wymieszać dodając parmezan.
4. Na patelni rozgrzać olej. Łyżką nakładać nieweilkie placuszki i smażyć na złoty kolor z obu stron. Podawać z jogurtowym sosem czosnkowym.

To przepis z książki kucharskiej bardzo znanego kucharza, półfrancuza, który ma psa o imieniu Klusek i swój program w TVN...

Przepis zamieściłem, gdyż pytała o niego jedna z uzytkowniczek WŻ, i mam nadzieję, że to legalne:))))
Jeżeli nie, to zaraz go wykasuję...

Aha, w oryginalnym przepisie było też 40 g podsmażonych na maśle orzeszków piniowych ale robiłem bez nich.

To ja prosiłam o ten przepis, więc w razie jakichś pretensji proszę się zgłaszać do mnie :D A tak na serio-fajnie,że go zamieściłeś, bo brzni apetycznie. I to bardzo :) W najbliższej wolnej chwili wypróbuję!!!
