ziemniaki
boczek
ser zolty
mleko
maslo lub margaryna
czosnek
wegeta
pieprz

Prepare instructions:

naczynie zaroodporne nasmarowac przecisnietym prze praske czosnkiem, nastepnie maslem lub margaryna.

ziemniaki obrac, wyplukac i odsaczyc w reczniczku jednorazowym i pokroic w cienkie plasterki.

boczek podmrozic i pokroic w cienkie plasterki.

ser zolty zetrzec na tarce z duzymi oczkami.

w naczyniu zaroodpornym ukladac ziemniaki na spodzie zeby zakryly dno, posypac wegeta i pieprzem, na to ulozyc tyle ile sie chce bczku i zasypac serem zoltym.
i od nowa ziemniaki zeby zakryly ser i przyprawy i boczek i zolty ser i tak mozna 3 - 4 warstwy, na wierzchu ser... na koniec zalewamy szklanka mleka i zamykamy naczynie i do nagrzanego piekarmika na 180 st na ok 1 godz i 10 min.. ale trzeba sprawdzac poniewaz kazde ziemniaki osiagaja w innym czasie miekkosc....

DO TEGO POLECAM SALATE ZE SMIETANA.... PYCHOTKA...SMACZNEGO !!!;))

Naprawde dobre tylko ziemniaczki ciężko dogotować. I zamiast sera zwykłego dałam ser topiony. Bardzo dobre

...jesli sa pokrojone w cieniutkie plasterki to prosze mi wierzyc dojda do siebie.... a musze sprobowac z serkiem topionym.... dobry pomysl;)) pozdrawiam...
