Ingredients:

4 duże bułki
20 dag pieczarek
20 dag wedlinki
pomidor
cebulka
2 jajka
przyprawy do smaku( pieprz kolorowy, czosnek, ja dodaje przyprawy do grila)
farsz

Prepare instructions:

bułeczki przekroic na połówki wycągnąc z nich zawartość ( najlepiej przecinac je wyżej tak aby z jednej czesci zrobiła sie miseczka a z drugiej pokrywka)
na patelni podsmażyc pokrojona w kostke cebulke dodac wedlinke pieczarki równiez skrojone, przyprawy a na końcu pomidorka i jajka
tak przygotowany farsz powkładac w bułeczki asypac grubo startym serem żółtym i zapiekać chwilke w piekarniku, do momentu az ser sie rozpuści a bułki przyrumienią

rewelacyjna kolacja lub sniadanko, zamiast nudnych kanapek
świetnie smakuje z ketchupem lub majonezem, a po jednej bułeczce jest sie potwornie sytym

Te bułeczki sa rewelacyjne.Pycha. Banalne w przygotowaniu, a cała rodzinka była zachwycona ! POLECAM

Pycha! Robiłam pierwszy raz i wyszły troche za mało słone, ale to nic. Natępnym razem lepiej doprawię:)
