ziemniaczane krokiety na dwa sposoby

Very easy

Ingredients:

ziemniaki
1-2 łyżki masła
1-2 żółtek lub jedno jajo
pokruszone płatki kukurydziane
olej do smażenia

mięso

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki ugotowane przepuścić przez praskę
dodać 1-2 łyżki mleka
dodać jedną łyżeczkę masła
utrzeć na puszystą masę

formować krokiety i smażyć jak frytki w głębokim tłuszczu wcześniej obtaczane w pokruszonych płatkach kukurudzianych

podawać z marchewką groszkiem do dania mięsnego

żeby było fajniej i z niespodzianką

do tak przygotowanego wcześniej puree dodajemy 15dag mąki/ około jednej szklanki/ i 1 jajo

Drobniutko posiekać gotowane, smażone lub pieczone może być boczek mięso można zemleć dodać posiekaną przesmażoną cebulkę, 1-2 łyżki bułki tartej
dodajemy przyprawy mieszamy razem z masą ziemniaczaną, kształtujemy owalne kotleciki, panierujemy je i smażymy na gorącym tłuszczu
podajemy z surówką

zrobiłam pierwszą wersję krokietów i wyszły pyszne w smaku ale wystąpił problem: panierka "odklejała" się od kulek. Jak wrzuciłam pierwszą turę do tłuszczu, to wyszły chrupiące i pyszne ale już następne były miękkie i rozpadające się. Robiłam je smalcu, a nie na oleju ( wręcz nieznoszę zapachu smażonego oleju - brrrrrrrrr). Co zrobiłam nie tak?? pozdrawiam:)
