Nigdy nie piekę sernika dłużej niż 60min.Chyba więc cos z piecem nie tak:))

Wielokrotnie robiłam ten sernik wg Twojego przepisu, ale dzisiaj wyszedł po prostu SUPER. Dzisiaj użyłam sera z NETTO a zazwyczaj używam z BIEDRONKI. Może to jest powód. Wielkie dzięki za przepis.

Sernik robie od dawna ,ale jeśli ciasto piecze laik-to ile białek?Należało napisać ,że do sera idą 5 żółtek, a bezę ubić z 3 białek z cukrem.
