Serniczek z czekoladą i mandarynkami

Ingredients:

Na ciasto:

15 dkg mąki pszennej
5 dkg cukru
10 dkg masła
1 żółtko

Na masę serową:

50 dkg twarogu trzykrotnie mielonego
1 budyń waniliowy
puszka mandarynek
5 jajek i 1 białko
3 dkg masła lub margaryny
skórka otarta z cytryny
10 dkg gorzkiej czekolady
20 dkg cukru

Prepare instructions:

Przygotować kruche ciasto:mąkę zagnieść z cukrem,masłem, żółtkiem i łyżką zimnej wody.Ugnieść kulkę i obwinąwszy w folię włożyc do lodówki .Ciastem wylepić nasmarowaną masłem tortownię (26 cm),uformować brzegi o wysokości ok.2-3 cm.Spód koniecznie nakłuc widelcem.Piec ok.25 minut w temperaturze 200 ^o C.
Mandarynki osączyć .Masło roztopić i ostudzić.Jajka rozbić ,oddzieliwszy żółtka od białek.Wszystkie 6 białek ubić na sztywną pianę dosypując łyżkę czubatą cukru.Zółtka utzreć na jednolitą masę z pozostałym cukrem ,serem,budyniem i skórką cytrynową.Połączyć z płynnym masłem i piana z białek ,ostroznie mieszając.Na koniec dodać pokrojoną w kosteczkę czekoladę i mandarynki.Masę rozsmarować na kruchym spodzie ,posypać resztę mandarynek. Piec 45 minut w temperaturze 175 ^oC.Pozostawić w wyłączonym piekarniku jeszcze ok.10 mintu.Ostudzić w formie.

Nie znam na 100 % pochodzenia tego ciasta ,ale wydaje mi się że pochodzi z "Swieta KOBIETY".

Serniczek wyszedł super!!!!!! Wczoraj zrobiłam, pyszny, delikatny i wilgotny Nie miałam mandarynek wiec dodałam pokrojone w kosteczkę kiwi a mężuś i ludziska w pracy zajadali się strasznie Dzięki za przepis na tak pyszne cudo!!!!!!!!!!!!!
