żubrówkowy makaron

Ingredients:

opakowanie makaronu
kawałek wędzonego boczku (ok. 100 g)
ok 300 g chudego mięsa gulaszowego
300 g pieczarek
1 łyżka koncentratu pomidorowego
1 szklanka słodkiej śmietany
0,5 szkl. żubrówki
ząbek czosnku, sól, pieprz,papryka, rozmaryn, tymianek

Prepare instructions:

Makaron ugotować w osolonej wodzie. Odcedzić, zahartować zimną wodą.

Boczek usmażyć na patelni. Na tłuszczu wytopionym z boczku usmażyć mięso, posypać ziołami i przyprawami. Dodać pokrojone w kostkę pieczarki. Dusić przez ok. 5 min.

W łyżce wazowej nad gazem ogrzewać żubrówkę aż do jej zapalenia. Gdy się zapali zalać nią mieso na patelni. Dodać śmietanę i koncentrat. Dodać makaron . Wymieszać. Jeszcze minutkę pogotować. Podawać na gorąco.

Witam. Przepis intrygujący. Żubróweczka pychotka . Tylko małe pytanko czy mięsko gulaszowe po 5 minutach duszenia będzie miękkie? Pozdrawiam. A tak na marginesie jeślichodzi o zubrówkę to ja mam świetny przepis na ciasto z jej udziałem (ciasto z żubrówką). Polecam.

Mięso usmażyć - czyli ono ma być gotowe do jedzenia już po smażeniu. A duszenie jest dodatkowe, dotyczy bardziej pieczarek. Ale również dobrze można zrobić jak tradycyjny gulasz.

Wczoraj zrobiłam i jestem mile zaskoczona. Wszystkim bardzo smakowało ale następnym razem zdecydowanie więcej boczku.
