1 białe wytrawne wino

6 szklanek wody

2 kostki bulionu warzywnego

6-7 srednich cebul

1/3 kostki masła

sól, pieprz, pierz ziołowy

ser żółty

5 bułek

Prepare instructions:

Obieramy cebule kroimy w krążki rozdzielamy je Na głebokiej patelni rozpuszczamy masło wrzucamy rozdrobniona cebule podlewamy połowa szklaniki wody i dusimy do miekkości.

Do garnka wlewamy wode i dodajemy kostki warzywne doprowadzamy do wrzenia , dodajemy wino i gotujemy chwile Po uduszeniu sie cebuli razem z wywarem dodajemy ja do garnak z woda i winem doprawiamy do smaku sola pieprzem i spora iloscia pieprzu ziołowego ja zazwyczaj zuzywam cała torebkę Gotujemy jeszcze chwile pozniej gotowa przyprawiona zule przykrywamy i wstawiamy do pikarnika na 40 min

W tym czasie ser trzemy na tarce o grubych oczkach bułki przekroic na poł obsypac obficie serem i wstawic do piekarnika zeby zrobiły sie grzanki

Po 40 min wyciagamy zupe z piekarnika nalewamy na talerz podajemy z chrupiącymi grzankami smacznego.

Pózniej zupe normalnie podgrzewamy juz na kuchence

Witaj.Czy dajesz całe wino na te ilośc wody?Ja też gotuję cebulową z winem,ale dodaję go nie wiecej,niż 1 szklankę na 1-1,5 l wody.A,pieprz daję biały,ale to oczywiście rzecz gustu.

tak dodaje całe wino pieprz biały jak najbardziej moim zdaniem jest troszeczke oszczejszy ale tez dobry
