Ingredients:

1kg kapusty Spitzkohl (kupuje jä w Niemczech, ale podobno to inaczej polska mloda kapusta),
1 lyzka masla,
3 lyzki mäki,
1 1/2 litra bulionu warzywnego,
1 cebula,
2 opakowania serka twarozkowego o smaku chrzanowym (u mnie jest to exquisa),
pieprz, söl

Prepare instructions:

Cebulke przesmazyc na masle.
Kapuste poszatkowac i dodac do cebulki - smazyc okolo 5-6min.
Do kapusty dodac mäke- nieco podsmazyc, mieszajäc.
Wlac bulion warzywny.
Podgotowac ok.10min.
Dodac serek. Wymieszac do rozpuszczenia.
Zmiksowac blenderem, tudziez w malakserze.

Podawac z grzankami lub groszkiem ptysiowym.

Spitzkohl jest specjalnym rodzajem kapusty. Wyglada jakby okragla glowke "wyciagnieto" w stozek bo ta okragla podstawa konczy sie swego rodzaju stozkiem. Delikatniejsza w smaku od innych kapust. Zupka pyszna!

a ile to jest 2 serki? czy to dwie kostki ewentualnie ile gramów? i czy moge dać zwykly smietankowy i dodac chrzanu ze słoika?
