Zupa pikantno-kwaśna

Ingredients:

1 pierś z kurczaka(około 30dkg.)
25dkg.warzyw chińskich mrożonych
1 średnia cebula
2 jaja
6 łyżek sosu sojowego
4 łyżki ketchupu
3 łyżki octu (lepszy jest winny,ale spirytusowy też może być)
4 łyżeczki mąki ziemniaczanej
1kostka rosołowa drobiowa
garam masala lub chili

Prepare instructions:

W garnku zagotowujemy 2 litry wody,dodajemy pierś (w całości),kostkę rosołową, pokrojoną w piórka cebulę i gotujemy
.Po 10 minutach dodajemy warzywa chińskie,sos sojowy, ketchup i gotujemy kolejne 10 minut.
Następnie wyjmujemy pierś na deskę do krojenia,a do zupy dodajemy ocet i ostrą przyprawę tak 0.5 do 1 łyżeczki
.Jajka roztrzepujemy w miseczce, wlewamy do zupy i mieszamy.
Mąkę rozrabiamy w około 0,5 szkl.wody i dodajemy,jak się dobrze zagotuje możemy wyłączyć.

Pierś tniemy na bardzo cieniutkie kawałeczki i dodajemy do zupy.

Zupa powstała na zamówienie mojego syna ,który jadł podobną u "chińczyka" i bardzo mu smakowała .

Przepyszna!!! Takiego przepisu od bardzo dawna szukałam:) Ta zupka to strzał w dziesiątkę Podałam ją z ugotowanym ryżem, aby była bardziej pożywna. Pozdrawiam!

mmm... właśnie wcinam taką zupkę, z dodatkiem makaronu ryżowego... rewelacja! Zwłaszcza na dzień po zakrapianej imprezie...
