Zupa z botwinką

Ingredients:

1 pęczek botwinki z buraczkami

2 marchewki

1 cebula

5 średnich ziemniaków

1 pietruszka

1 ząbek czosnku

kminek w ziarenkach

liść laurowy

ziele angielskie

2 kostki rosołowe

ocet do smaku (lub kwasek cytrynowy)

śmietana 18%

siekany koperek

wywar lub dowolny bulion (u mnie na skrzydełkach)

pieprz

Prepare instructions:

1. Ugotować wywar, dodać obrane i pokrojone w kostkę ziemniaki, oraz dowolnie pokrojone pozostałe warzywa: marchewkę, pietruszkę, cebulę, czosnek, kostki rosołowe, liść laurowy i ziele angielskie.

2. W międzyczasie obrać buraczki i zetrzeć na tarce, zalać dwoma szklankami wrzątku. Botwinkę umyć i pokroić razem z łodygami.

3. Kiedy ziemniaki będą już prawie miękkie wlać wywar razem z burakami i dodać botwinkę. Wsypać też trochę kminku. Doprawić octem (lub kwaskiem cytrynowym).

4. Odlać odrobinę zupy i dodać do niej 2-3 łyżki śmietany, starannie wymieszać i całość wlać do garnka z zupą. Na koniec zupę ewentualnie doprawić i posypać siekanym koperkiem.

U mnie wczoraj była taka zupka,pyszna jest:)Tylko zjadłam bez dodatku smietany bo jestem na diecie bezbiałkowej,ale i tak była pyszna:)))
