Ingredients:

600g miesa z kurczaka
250ml wody
2 trawy cytrynowe
1 l mleka kokosowego
10 kawalkow korzenia galangalu
2 lyzki sosu rybnego tajskiego
3 male swieze papryki chili
3 listki bergamotu , albo liscie limonki
2 lyzki soku z cytryny
posiekany szczypior z mlodej cebuli

Prepare instructions:

Pociac trawe cytrynowa na 2,5 cm kawalki

zagotowac wode z polowa mleka kokosowego
dodac mieso pokrojone na male kwadraty, dodac
kawalki trawy i galangal

gotowac na malym ogniu 20 minut ( jak uzywa sie piersi z kurczaka krocej )

dodac reszte mleka kokosowego doprowadzic do gotowania,
wrzucic 2 cale papryki chili, liscie bergamotu, pomieszac i chwile gotowac

zdjac z ognia

podzielic zupe na 4 porcje w miskach
kazda porcje doprawic pol lyzka soku z cytryny, pol lyzka sosu rybnego,

posiekanym na ukosne plastry chili ( ten trzeci )
posypac siekanym szczypiorem
