zupa z łososia norweskiego

Ingredients:

500 g łososia
1 1/4 l wywaru rybnego
1 cebula
1 pęczek szczypioru
1 gałązka natki pietruszki
1 marchew
100g selera
2-3 ziemniaki
1/2 łyżeczka od herbaty tymianku
1 liść laurowy
2 łyżki stołowe przecieru pomidorowego
2 pęczki pietruszki natki
1 łyżka stołowa kaparów
1/2 ogórka

Prepare instructions:

Na początek gotujemy wywar rybny z łów łososia i włoszczyzny, liść laurowy oraz 1/2 łyżeczka od herbaty tymianku. dodajemy obrane i pokrojone w niezbyt drobną ostkę ziemniaczki. całość gotujemy do miękkości. następnie wyjmyjemy włoszczyznę, rybę i dodajemy lekko zeszkloną na patelni cebulkę. następnie dodajemy 2 łyżki stołowe przecieru pomidorowego. na koniec gotowania dodajemy mięso z łososia, 1 łyżka stołowa kaparów, 1/2 ogórka, którego wcześniej kroimy w plastry. gdy już wszystko jest ugotowane, dodajemy pokrojone warzywa, nieco szczypioru, 1 gałązka natki pietruszki. przelewamy zupę na talerze i dekorujemy kwaśną śmietaną. podajemy gorące. SMACZNEGO!!!!

Fruzielko, bylabym wdzieczna gdybys mogla bardziej sprecyzowac sposob wykonania tej zupy. Skladniki sa pysznosciowe i mialabym chec ja zrobic.
